Our entire team remains committed to your safety and keeping you on the road. With this in mind, we want to provide you with an update regarding the procedures in place across our dealership to ensure your safety and the safety of our team during this time.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have introduced further safety measures and procedures across our site.
It is mandatory for all staff and visitors to check-in via the QR codes upon arrival to the dealership. A hard copy register is also available at reception if required.
You will be required to wear a face mask while you are at our dealership. If you don't have a mask, we are happy to provide you with one. Please ask at reception. Our team will also be wearing masks whilst in public areas.
Please maintain appropriate social distancing in all areas. Hand sanitiser is also available throughout our dealership for you to use as required.
Our service department is open and we are committed to your safety and keeping you on the road. We will continue to provide truck servicing, repairs, maintenance and pre-delivery requirements in accordance with the Governments restrictions.
Contactless protocols are in place for service and maintenance repairs.
Please note our customer waiting lounge will be available, but at a reduced capacity. We ask that where possible, please leave your vehicle with us rather than waiting.
We continue to operate 24/7 Roadside Assistance.
If you have an emergency or breakdown, please call 08 8360 4400, and you will be transferred to our service team or after-hours service team who will be able to assist you.
Our staff are on-site to support you with parts and accessory sales over the phone, through online part orders, contactless delivery and collection, and emergency breakdown assistance.
As an alternative to call and collect, we continue to offer daily parts delivery for your convenience, health and safety.
To minimise close contact, we are happy to facilitate contactless pick up for parts. Payments can be made over the phone. Just ask our team for further information.Order a part online
Our sales team are available to assist you face-to-face, via phone, FaceTime or video conferencing. If you have an enquiry regarding a new or used Mack, UD or Volvo Truck, we will happily work with you to meet your requirements.
If your vehicle is due for delivery, you would like to place an order or sign a contract, rest assured, our sales team are available on-site during this time.
Our team will be ensuring appropriate social distancing practices are maintained and they will be wearing masks to ensure your and their safety.

We ask if you are visiting our dealerships, please scan one of the QR codes located around the dealership. Due to SA COVID Restrictions that are in place, and in line with our COVID Safe Plan, we ask that you supply your name and contact details when scanning the QR code. Your details will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of COVID-19 contact tracing.
